Los Angeles to Pasadena Gold Line Construction

Responsibilities:  Provided hazardous waste field monitoring services during the construction of a 13.7-mile light rail line.  Supervised sampling, identification, characterization, profiling, analysis, excavation, packaging, storage, removal, manifesting, transportation and disposal of contaminated materials; documented soil excavation and demolition activities; reviewed and selected disposal sites.

Hazardous Materials Response Services

Responsibilities: Provided as-needed emergency hazardous material response services for MTA rights-of-way and support properties throughout Los Angeles County.  Responsibilities included Phase I/II site assessments, asbestos investigations, UST services, spill response, and remediation of contaminated soil stockpiles.

Caltrans On-Call Environmental Response Services

Responsibilities: Provided on-call hazardous waste remedial action engineering design in support of Caltrans street and highway improvement projects throughout California. This included site investigation and remediation services for rights-of-way and Caltrans maintenance facilities.

On-Call Environmental Engineering Services

Responsibilities:  Providing on-call environmental site investigation and remediation services to Orange County Transportation Authority in support of Measure M transportation projects.
