Rosens Electric Site – Pico Rivera, California
Engineer of record for the development and implementation of design for cleanup of PCB impacted soils at a metal recycling facility. Developed plans for excavation and removal of impacted soils and capping in-place of some wastes. Provided liaison with California Department of Toxic Substances Control. Remediation was successfully completed.

Rialto Perchlorate Remediation
Performed site investigation and remediation planning for clean-up of perchlorate and VOC impacts to groundwater upgradient of a municipal water supply well. Implemented Draft Interim Remedial Investigation / Feasibility Study. Evaluated remedial alternatives, and designed and oversaw installation of groundwater extraction and treatment system.

Oakhurst UST Site – Oakhurst, California
Provided remedial action planning and remediation oversight for clean-up of petroleum compounds including MTBE. Conducted shallow soils and groundwater investigations, and designed and installed a full-scale groundwater extraction and treatment system. Soil remediation was successfully completed, groundwater remediation is ongoing.

EPC Eastside Site – Kern County, California
Providing remediation planning for the clean-up of an oil drilling waste disposal site. Completed Remedial Investigation / Feasibility Study, Health Risk Assessment, Remedial Action Plan, and developed final closure design. Final closure will involve construction of a four-foot thick monofill cap system over the site.

FG&H Leasehold – Port of San Diego
Conducted site assessment, soil leachability study, and remedial planning for clean-up of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil along an underground pipeline adjacent to a sea wall at Port of San Diego. Prepared remedial action plan and oversaw excavation and off-site bioremediation of most highly contaminated soils.
