I-5 Corridor Widening – Orange and Los Angeles Counties, California
Conducted an Initial Site Assessment to support the widening of Interstate 5 between the Los Angeles/Orange County line, and I-5/I-605 interchange. The project involved assessment of more than 350 parcels along the corridor.

Prado Flood Control Basin Enlargement - Southern California
Conducting investigations to identify and characterize environmental risks at properties being acquired by the County of Orange as part of the expansion of the Prado Dam Reservoir Basin. Included Phase I and II investigations of agricultural and dairy operations and undeveloped land.

Riverside County Transportation Commission
Providing Phase I and II site assessment services to the RCTC services in support of ongoing rail, street, and highway projects. Responsibilities include site assessments and investigations, remedial action planning, and remediation design.

Tamarind Redevelopment Area – Compton, California
Performed site assessment and remediation support for an area in central Compton that is being considered for redevelopment. Performed Phase I site assessments, characterization of areas of impacted soil and groundwater, and provided remediation planning.

Union Station Property - Los Angeles, California
Conducted environmental investigation of a parcel at Union Station Plaza where a developer planned to construct a commercial development and children's day care center. A screening-level risk evaluation was performed in accordance with Department of Toxic Substances Control Preliminary Endangerment Assessment guidelines.

Staples Center - Los Angeles, California
Performed a Phase I ESA of the North Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center, as well as more than 100 adjacent parcels in support of the development of the Staples Center and adjacent entertainment complex. Performed follow-up Phase II investigations of several properties, oversight of UST removals.
